Fusion GALLERY is hosting its Annual Small Works Show from August 7, through September 7, 2008. This is an open call for a juried competition. This event is especially appealing because of the quality and quantity of artists represented in one space, generating press and publicity from diverse factions. In addition to a $500 cash prize the Best in Show winner will be included in a special group show or provided with the opportunity to have a solo show at Fusion GALLERY. You must be at least 18 to submit to this juried event. The winner is responsible for the transport of art to and from Collingswood, New Jersey. All of the selected works for the show will be featured in the gallery and will be available on our on line gallery at www.fusionnj.com.
There will be four awards granted.

ENTRY GUIDELINES
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit for this juried event.

SIZE RESTRICTION All works must not exceed 12 inches in any direction. Measurement includes frame or hanging device. All entries must be framed and ready to hang. Sculpture must include shelf or brackets for wall mounting. Upon acceptance, works will be measured. Any works not meeting these requirements will be automatically rejected.
ENTRY FEE is $20.00 for up to three entries. The non refundable entry fee must accompany all mailed entries or must follow all on line applications. (Make check or Money order payable to Fusion Gallery) Indicate artist’s name on your check.
SUBMISSIONS can be sent by postal mail or by e-mail. Electronic and Postal submitted work must arrive at the Gallery by June 14, 2008. EXTENDED to JUNE 30
Digital images should be 300 dpi, sized proportionally to fit within 4 x 6 and in JPEG format. Each image file must be labeled with artist name and piece name

Include contact information (e-mail and/or telephone Number) on the disc, both by label on the outside of the disc and in a file within. Name each image file with your last name and title of the piece. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage if you wish to have your disc returned.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the artist, and prepaid return shipping and insurance must accompany accepted works. Shipped work should be packed using bubble wrap or foam pads. Works packed with loose material such as styrofoam peanuts will not be displayed. All work will be returned in the crate or box in which it was received.
ART SALES AND COPYRIGHTS The chosen works will be on sale to our clients in the gallery. A 35% commission will be charged on all art for sale. When providing pricing please include a 35% gallery commission in your pricing. If your piece will not be offered for sale please note that on the entry form. Your entry into the show grants permission to photograph and reprint your art for promotional and/or educational purposes only. Artwork in an exhibition may not be removed for the duration of the show.
